Iniciamos el recorrido por la Cordillera de los Andes o Ruta de los volcanes con más de cinco mil metros de altura con nieves perpetuas y glaciares de hielos milenarios. Continuamos la ruta, visitamos el museo Mariscal Sucre, laguna limpio Pungo, para caminar y observar la vegetación flora y fauna del lugar, luego realizamos una excursión al refugio José Rivas, en la tarde Retornamos al hotel.

Por la mañana, visitamos un mercado tradicional, saludamos a una familia indígena en el paramó de Sumbagua y a la comunidad de Tigua luego llegamos al Quilotoa realizamos una caminata hacia la laguna lugar donde se puede practicar cayac. Al retorno lo podemos hacer caminando o en caballo a la caldera del volcán esto es opcional el costo por caballo es de 10 dólares retornamos al hotel.
